TEHRAN- Production of copper cathode in Iran during the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-September 22) rose 70 percent compared to the first half of the past year, IRIB reported on Tuesday citing the data released by the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade.

Hitting the production amount of 115,000 tons, copper cathode stood among the products with the highest increase of production during the six-month period of this year.
